Heather is the Grants Administrator for Pinal County in Arizona starting in May 2020. However, in her previous role as Program and Resource Manager and Grants Administrator for the City of Apache Junction she managed the city's grant program, the housing rehabilitation program, the Friends of Apache Junction, the Apache Junction Community Development Corporation, and the city's corporate sponsorship program. She also served as the ADA Coordinator, and the Homelessness Coordinator.
In her community she serves on the Genesis Project Board of Directors.
Heather was recently elected to the Grant Professionals Association Board. She previously served as the Treasurer for the GPA Arizona founding Chapter and as the Regional Representative for Region 2 of GPA National.
